The Ivory Standard – Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting a deposit or payment to The Ivory Standard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Your payment serves as digital acceptance of these terms.

2. Deposit Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

If the remaining balance is not paid upon completion, The Ivory Standard reserves the right to withhold service for future bookings until the balance is cleared.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• Late arrivals beyond 20 minutes may also be treated as a no-show at the discretion of The Ivory Standard.

4. Power & Water

The Ivory Standard’s mobile detailing units are fully self-contained. We provide our own power and use filtered water for every service. Clients do not need to supply water or electricity.

5. Access Requirements

Clients must ensure that vehicles are accessible, legally parked, and that there is sufficient space for the detailing setup. If access is restricted or unsafe, the technician may decline service, and the deposit will be forfeited.

6. Liability

The Ivory Standard is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, scratches, or defects that become visible during or after detailing.

• Personal items left in the vehicle.

• Environmental conditions (dust, pollen, wind) that may affect results after service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you notice an issue with your detail, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We’ll review and, if appropriate, schedule a touch-up at our discretion.

8. Payment Terms

Remaining balances are due immediately upon job completion via credit card, debit card, or Zelle. A payment link will be provided for your convenience.

9. Weather Policy

If weather prevents completion of your appointment, The Ivory Standard will reschedule at no additional charge. Deposits will automatically transfer to the new appointment date.

10. Right to Refuse Service

The Ivory Standard reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the working environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or if the client behaves disrespectfully toward staff.

11. Updates to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice.
